Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
HBOT involves breathing oxygen in a pressurised chamber. This allows your lungs to take in more oxygen than at normal air pressure, which is then carried throughout your body.

Photobiomodulation (PBM)
Also known as red light therapy, PBM uses specific wavelengths of light to support cellular function. We use Kineon devices for targeted application.
15-30 minutes per session
Joint comfort, recovery support, general wellbeing

Is photobiomodulation safe?
