About Our Services
Rebalance Wellbeing Hub CIC provides wellbeing consultations, lifestyle coaching, workshops, and related services. We are a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales.
Scope of Services
Important: Rebalance provides wellbeing consultations and lifestyle coaching. We do not diagnose medical conditions or provide emergency care. If you have concerns that may need medical assessment, we'll advise you to speak with your GP or urgent care, and we can signpost or refer where appropriate.
Our services include:
- Wellbeing consultations and reviews
- Lifestyle coaching packages
- Community workshops
- Functional testing coordination (with partner labs)
- Adjunct therapies (e.g., HBOT, photobiomodulation)
Bookings and Payments
- Appointments are booked through our online scheduling system
- Payment is arranged after booking confirmation
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee
- Workshop bookings are made through Eventbrite and subject to their terms
Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your health and wellbeing
- Inform us of any changes to your health status
- Continue to work with your GP and support team
- Seek medical advice for any concerns that may need clinical assessment
- Attend appointments on time or provide reasonable notice of cancellation

All content on this website, including text, images, and materials provided during our services, is owned by Rebalance Wellbeing Hub CIC unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided as lifestyle coaching and wellbeing support. We are not responsible for any health outcomes or personal decisions. You should always consult your GP or appropriate professionals for concerns that may need clinical assessment.
